Minutes of Letsbuzz meeting 1 December 2015 held at Mary White’s house

There were no matters arising from the previous minutes.
Officers’ Reports were duly noted
Events Jane’s wreath-making on Saturday 12 December from 2pm to 4pm was noted
Bring and Share event on Sunday 17 January 2016 at Linslade Community Hall 12.15 top 5pm was discussed at some length and issues agreed were as follows:
3 buzzards per entry to aid buzzard account
Non-members welcome (their buzzards paid for by whosever guest they are)
Pot luck food on the basis that each person/couple/family will bring enough for themselves therefore there will be enough to go round/share if desired.
Own liquid refreshment to be individual choice. We weren’t sure whether alcohol is allowed on premises?
Own tablecloths/napkins to be brought (if desired)
Mary 114 will bring bin liners for clearing up.
It was also agreed that there might be opportunity for impromptu music/dance/chat/discussion as this is a celebration of LetsBuzz’ anniversary.
Any Other Busines
Mary 114 produced three recipes to be included in forthcoming booklet of recipes to celebrate LetsBuzz’ anniversary. Sue 255 also offered a recipe. These to be delivered to Jane.
Sue 255 reported that since the Library Exhibition LetsBuzz Facebook page had received more hits.
The Meeting closed at 9pm and trading took place.
