Marketplace

Listing Ads in the Marketplace Policy. Anyone, not prohibited by our Administration or by law, can place a standard ad for their goods and services in the Marketplace for FREE (banner, email and special placement ads are available for a small fee here).

15 Day Money Back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. All qualified goods are sold with a no questions asked 15 day money back 100% satisfaction guarantee provided the buyer returns the goods (at buyer's expense) to the seller within 15 days in a new undamaged condition. Goods must be inspected for damage by the buyer at the time of delivery and returned at that time if damaged/spoiled. Goods damaged by the buyer after delivery are not returnable, but may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty (if any) by approaching the manufacturer. Products not qualified under this guarantee include:

Women: Lingerie, Sleepwear items, Handkerchiefs and Socks
Men: Sleepwear, Vests, Briefs, Handkerchiefs, Socks
Body care & hygiene products
Face care products
Perfumes & Fragrances
Hair Care products
Books
Movies & Music DVD/ CD
Motor vehicles (two wheelers, four wheelers, commercial vehicles)
Product sold basis personal inspection by buyer
Food items and Perishable products such as cakes, flowers, etc.

Buyer Payments Policy. Buyers can purchase goods and services in Indian Rupees (Cash), India bank transfer, PayTm, Paypal (buyers outside India), Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH) or in Market Credits (MC). Once funds are cleared and confirmed your order will be processed and delivered. The fastest method of payment is Market Credits.

Market Credits (MC) Purchasing Policy. Anyone can purchase Market Credits at the rate of: RS 1 = MC 1. Indian Rupees (Cash), India bank transfer, PayTm, Paypal (buyers outside India), Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH).

Seller Payments Policy. Once we receive and confirm a cleared payment from the buyer we will alert the seller to deliver the goods/services. Upon confirmed delivery by the buyer we will release 100% of the funds to the seller in the form of Market Credits within 15 days of delivery if the buyer does not return the product. Market Credits can be used to make purchases/advertise in the Marketplace or can be exchanged for Rupees INR (see below), or simply kept in your account.

Refund Policy. No cash refunds will be issued for any reason. Qualified refunds are issued in Market Credits only. Market Credits can be used to purchase goods and services from the Marketplace.

Rating System Policy. Buyers and Sellers can rate one another using the Marketplace online software after registering and login. Buyers and sellers who get consistently bad ratings are subject to being sanctioned, fined, suspended or removed and blocked from accessing the Marketplace at the sole discretion of the Administration.

Mediation and Arbitration Policy. Any disputes that arise from any transaction or listing in the Marketplace will be resolved theough voluntary mediation and if that fails, then through legally binding arbitration.

Exchange Policy for Market Credits. In order to exchange Market Credits (MC) for Indian Rupees you need to maintain a security reserve in your account of at least ten thousand Market Credits or 100% of the amount being exchanged, whichever is greater. In any case, not more than twenty thousand market credits can be exchanged in any 24 hour period, and not more than one hundred thousand market credits in any seven day period without approval of the Administration. . Under the above provisions Market Credits can be exchanged into Indian Rupees at the following rate: MC 1 = RS 0.80
